You can forward your itinerary from the airline and just add that you are with ATI and you are staying at the El Conquistador. They will reply to your message with a link you can use to pay for your reservation — your reservation is not secured until payment is received.

Today (Wednesday, March 8) is the last day to book transportation so please email them as soon as possible if you haven't already. Dragonfly will not accept any new reservations after 5pm Eastern.

Round Table Topics

Back by popular demand! We are putting on the ritz again this year at our Welcome Reception/Dinner. Think Kentucky Derby hats — ATI style!

We had so much fun at SuperConference 2022 with our hat contest; we wanted to up our game this year. Bring your fanciest hat to wear at the Welcome Reception. The Olympic team that the hat contest winner represents will receive points toward the coveted ATI Cup. In addition to the cup points, each participant will receive gamification points. You must be scanned to receive gamification points.

Based on your feedback from last year’s event:

• Each hat will have a number assigned.
• There will be two opportunities for attendees to view the hats prior to voting:
  1. At our “Parade of Hats” during the Welcome Dinner.
  2. In the ballroom foyer all day Thursday.
• Attendees will be voting for the winner. A voting link will be provided in Late Breaking News (LBN) in our SC23 App.

And just to be clear, no taking the easy way out! You won’t get points for your unadorned mesh trucker hat! Attendees will be asked to consider the following when voting:

• Originality
• Creativity
• Overall Appearance
• The Smile Factor (the ability to make everyone smile)

We are excited to announce the completion of the SuperConference 2023 Draft which has been audited and approved by the Olympic Committee. The results will be sent to registered attendees via Team Assignment email today.

Your team assignment and captain will be available in the SuperConference 2023 app. Once the app is available (soon!), we encourage you to use the app to communicate with your Captain about when you would like to volunteer for a particular game or assignment in addition to the actual Olympic Games on Thursday afternoon, March 17th.

We are "super-excited" to announce the SuperConference Olympic Draft!

On Friday, February 17 at 3:00 pm EST, we will hold our Olympic Draft live on our Facbook Shop Owners page. Each captain will select two initial players for their respective team. All SuperConference registrants will then get assigned to one of the six teams behind the scenes after the Draft.

Whether you participate in the Olympic games or want to be a spectator or cheerleader for your team, the Olympic Games are not to be missed. Either way, SuperConference Olympics is a blast!

There are many other ways in which you can help your team earn points throughout the conference which we will highlight during the draft.

The excitement and anticipation of the top draft pick will be electrifying. We look forward to seeing you at the SC23 Draft as we prepare for our “best SuperConference ever.”

Each year at SuperConference, we select a charity to raise awareness and money for their organization. If you have already attended a SuperConference, you have seen first-hand the incredible impact our members have made.

We're excited to announce our SuperConference 2023 Charity: Hope For The Warriors (HOPE)

Hope For The Warriors (HOPE) is a nonprofit founded by military families that provides resources and services promoting well-being, financial stability and community connection for post-9/11 service members, veterans and military families nationwide.

HOPE started in 2006 as military families aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, witnessed, firsthand, the effects war imparts on service members and their families. As post-9/11 warriors, they joined the military knowing they would likely face deployment and a majority did. When returning home, often with physical and mental scars, these warriors and their families required support and connection to help them continue to thrive.

At HOPE, we understand the unique challenges our post-9/11 service men and women confront every day and our goal is to be there for them on their healing journey. We don’t define the warriors we serve by their challenges; our goal is to help redefine each life and chart a course for continued growth.

We remain grounded in family values and uphold the beliefs, attitudes, and ideals that families hold dear. We are an extension of the family and will always be there for our brothers and sisters in need. The gratitude we feel for the bravery and sacrifice these warriors have made in service to our country cannot be understated and is never taken for granted.
